Unrefined sea salt TENEGUIA

The unrefined or heavy sea salt is commonly used by the entire gastronomical community on La Palma in preparing a wide variety of dishes, as well as in the different industries on the island in the preparation of their final products (bakeries and confectionaries, meat and fish, cheeses, typical local sauces (mojos)).

It is also widely used as a natural chloride in swimming pools, costing decidedly less and, more importantly, providing a safe, natural method of cleaning.
